Creative Director

Colette is Full Fat’s founder and Creative Director.  She is the mind behind a host of successful popular factual brands.

A former joint MD at Remarkable Television, she executive produced Supersize versus Superksinny, Gok’s Fashion Fix, The Sex Education Show, Mary’s Bottom Line, Restoration Home, The House That £100k Built, Secret Eaters, Superscrimpers, Katie Piper’s Bodyshockers and multi-platform series Sexperience.  At Maverick TV she executive produced 10 Years Younger and created the formats How to Look Good Naked and Embarrassing Illnesses.

Colette is brummie born and bred but Irish at heart. She has two grown up children and lives with her husband in Warwickshire.

Suzy Silver

Suzy joined Full Fat TV as a Development Executive in 2017. She has a Masters in psychoanalytic studies and started out in television at Endemol in 2002.

She joined the BBC’s Factual Entertainment Development Team in 2006, also working on productions Dragons’ Den and Animal Rescue Live.

She’s worked in the development departments of major indies including Dragonfly and Remarkable, helping to win commissions on Channel 4’s Supersize versus Superskinny Kids, The Food Show, Superscrimpers and Katie Piper’s Bodyshockers.

Suzy has one husband, two daughters, and three reoccurring dreams.

Lindsey joined Full Fat in 2016. She has worked for several years in production and enjoys getting creative in development.

Her past credits include The Jeremy Kyle Show, Embarrassing Bodies, The Gadget Show and Extreme Beauty Disasters.

She’s from Leicestershire and loves a natter!

Head Of Production

Alasdair joined Full Fat as Head of Production in 2017 and has nearly 20 years experience in the television industry.

At Maverick TV, he was the Production Executive on award-winning Embarrassing Bodies and Live From The Clinic, Was It Something I SaidGrowing Up DownsBizarre Crime and My Naked Secret. He has also had long stints at CBBC, Silver River, Ricochet, Endemol and TWI on a variety of programme genres.

He lives in the Shropshire countryside and has 2 young boys who have caused his coffee intake to double.

Duncan Nichol

Line Producer

Duncan has 23 years racked up in the TV business, 13 of them as a Production Manager and Line Producer.

He learnt lots about TV on Most Haunted Live and City Hospital.
He taught lots about TV on Rude Tube, Embarrassing Bodies and Wild Things.
He learnt lots about others on The Apprentice.

Proudest achievement: negotiating an overspend with a major broadcaster while wearing oversized chicken feet in a waterlogged car park near Leighton Buzzard.

Sophia joins Full Fat from the Channel 4 Production Trainee Scheme and is currently part of our in-house Development team.

She has a First Class degree in Broadcasting & Journalism from the University of Wolverhampton.

Before she began her career in television, Sophia worked for 8 years as a Sales Advisor for O2, so she is very good on the phone.

Head Of Development

Perjeet joined Full Fat TV at its inception in September 2015.

She has helped in the development of its new commissions, as well as producing a series of shorts for Channel 4’s online arm, All 4.

She’s previously worked at several leading UK independent production companies including Maverick TV, Outline Productions and Love Productions, where she was instrumental in winning commissions including Channel 4’s Weighing Up the Enemy and Britain’s Killer Storms.

Junior Production Manager

Leanne joined Full Fat TV in 2016. She has a Bachelors degree in Archaeology and a Masters in Archaeology for Screen Media.

Despite the inevitable passage of time, it is very difficult to find jobs in archaeology these days. Leanne launched her career working on Time Team instead.

She lives in Perry Barr, but it’s fine.

Office Coordinator

Jen does pretty much everything that needs doing, including web design.

She also keeps everyone hydrated and makes sure that we have enough staples in the stationery cupboard (we do).
