Creative Director

Colette is Full Fat’s founder and Creative Director.  She is the mind behind a host of successful popular factual brands.

A former joint MD at Remarkable Television, she executive produced Supersize versus Superksinny, Gok’s Fashion Fix, The Sex Education Show, Mary’s Bottom Line, Restoration Home, The House That £100k Built, Secret Eaters, Superscrimpers, Katie Piper’s Bodyshockers and multi-platform series Sexperience.  At Maverick TV she executive produced 10 Years Younger and created the formats How to Look Good Naked and Embarrassing Illnesses.

Colette is brummie born and bred but Irish at heart. She has two grown up children and lives with her husband in Warwickshire.

Alasdair MᴄClure

Head Of Production

Alasdair joined Full Fat as Head of Production in 2017 and has nearly 20 years experience in the television industry.

At Maverick TV, he was the Production Executive on award-winning Embarrassing Bodies and Live From The Clinic, Was It Something I SaidGrowing Up DownsBizarre Crime and My Naked Secret. He has also had long stints at CBBC, Silver River, Ricochet, Endemol and TWI on a variety of programme genres.

He lives in the Shropshire countryside and has 2 young boys who have caused his coffee intake to double.

Jen Halliday

Jen Halliday

Development Researcher

Jen Halliday studied Media & Communication at Birmingham City University and got her first credit on BBC One’s Call The Council as a Logger in 2015.

She started working at Full Fat TV in early 2016 as Office Runner and later became Office Coordinator, managing the office and assisting the senior team.

Jen is currently working in Full Fat’s Development team as a Researcher.

She’s very good with computers and has fantastic hair.

Catherine joined Full Fat TV as Creative Director in 2018.

A former Executive Producer at Endemol, Shine, the BBC and RDF, she has worked across a range of popular factual shows, from SuperScrimpers and Snog, Marry, Avoid to Sun, Sex and Suspicious Parents and Choose the Right Puppy for You.

She loves creating new formats and launching new series. Anything new basically – Catherine gets bored very easily.

She lives in Somerset with Mr Welton and a menagerie of animals.
